Mondays by Midnight
I work well by deadline. I can get so much more done in a condensed amount of time when there is a pressing deadline. Especially if someone else makes the deadline.
One of the hardest parts of homeschooling for me was being the one who makes and enforces the deadline: ‘This is due today or it’s a zero’. And yet, here it is: I’m almost finished with this homeschool journey. The youngest is in his senior year; I’ve educated four kids from birth to high school graduation.
So…somehow…someway I’ve figured out a way to be the school deadline for almost 20 years.
So…surely I can be a deadline for me? Right? Surely once a week I can write a random little thought and hit publish on Mondays by Midnight? Right?
